Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. In short: the site has no analytics and no tracking cookies, the demos send nothing anywhere, and we only hold the details you choose to give us when you book a call or get in touch.
Who we are
ELLEVUX runs this website and provides the six services described on it.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the conversations that start from it, such as a call you book with us. When a business uses ELLEVUX services, the information it puts into them is handled under that business’s agreement with us, not under this policy.
What we collect
When you visit
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the technical details any website receives when you load a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. It uses them to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Your browser loads the site’s fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details.
When you book a call or contact us
- We receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, company and what you’d like to talk about.
On your device
- If you switch between light and dark mode, the site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
In the demos
- The interactive demos run on fictional sample data. Anything you type or click in them stays in your browser and is gone when you leave the page.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use analytics or advertising tools on this site.
- We don’t set tracking cookies.
- We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
How we use your information
- To show you the website and keep it working and secure.
- To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to reply to you.
- To follow up about the services you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Our legal grounds
Where data-protection law asks us to name a legal ground, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering people who contact us, on taking steps you’ve asked for before a possible contract (such as a call about our services), and on complying with the law.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and our calls:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts, which serves the site’s fonts.
- The booking tool on our Book a call page, which receives the details you enter when you book.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. If you follow our link to Instagram, Instagram’s own privacy policy applies there.
Where it’s processed
Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it, or stop using it;
- give you a copy in a format you can reuse.
You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. They aren’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
